Just informing o! There will be heavy traffic in Lagos tomorrow around V/I as several people are attending the grand opening of the Eko Atlantic City Phase 1 inauguration. President Goodluck, Governor Fashola and even Bill Clinton with others will be attending. It will begin at 10 a.m, the Ikeja area may be affected as well.(WARNING)
